Ok, I had written something and now it is gone. Oh well it gives me a chance to write again.
Triathlon! Congratulations! I am so proud of you and all the hard work you have done with your life (and health) over the past few years. Keep up the great work and determination and I am sure you will do very well in August. I am going to have to see about changing my plans to cheer you on. Go girl!!!!
